MEDIA BROADCAST: New name and brand

MEDIA BROADCAST, a leading service provider for the broadcast and media industry, is changing its name and brand on February 15, 2008. The company, previously a T-Systems subsidiary, has belonged to the French TDF Group since the end of January 2008.

The new logo is a combination of text and an image, with the new company name being written in capital letters throughout. The logo, which shows the imprint of a hand, illustrates the human aspect of the Group’s activities, and is TDF’s brand throughout its different markets, demonstrates MEDIA BROADCAST's affiliation with the TDF umbrella brand.

The hand symbolizes the values of TDF Group, to which MEDIA BROADCAST is equally bound. With its motto "Innovation that works," MEDIA BROADCAST emphasizes its promise to its customers regarding reliability and innovation, two central values stemming from the company's tradition.

Helmut Egenbauer, Chairman of the Management Board of MEDIA BROADCAST, explains: "Our new branding and desired positioning on the market conveys our "German engineering" and represents continuity. We continue to see our role in the future as a driver of technological innovations and a provider of mature solutions for the broadcast- and media industry.

With the color combinations in the logo and the new typefaces, the company
offers a high degree of brand recognition. Text and logo are elements that permeate the company's entire outer appearance, be it on office equipment or on the newly launched website.
