MEDIA BROADCAST opens subsidiary in Austria

Bonn/Vienna, June 5, 2008

MEDIA BROADCAST, owner of the Austrian frequencies for DVB-H and operator of the national Mobile-TV platform, opened a subsidiary today under the name MEDIA BROADCAST AT GmbH. Dr. Bertold Heil, head of international Mobile-TV projects for MEDIA BROADCAST, has been appointed the Managing Director. The subsidiary in Austria serves to strengthen the cross-company cooperation with customers and partners in the area of DVB-H projects. By opening MEDIA BROADCAST AT, the media service provider has laid the foundation for long-term business goals in Austria.

Austria. By opening our subsidiary, we are now implementing this goal,"
