With the satellite-based GSM transmission solution, customers can make their terrestrially established GSM networks more secure through satellite back-up or optimize them for peak traffic in areas with poor terrestrial infrastructure such as rural parts of Eastern Europe or Africa.
The solution can be used anywhere in the GSM network and is especially advantageous for BSC – BTS connections, particularly if these already communicate via IP.
We offer a specially customized, individual solution for such applications.
VoIP Services
With our VoIP service, we offer our customers the option to handle locally the traffic of their users in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe via a satellite solution. And to feed it into the public telephone network worldwide and geographically close to the traffic destinations – thus being most cost efficient.
The traffic can be passed directly on to a VSAT terminal or collected via small radio networks and channeled to a central VSAT terminal.
