The service team at MEDIA BROADCAST provides sure operating networks by comprehensive services – around-the-clock. For this, we have developed a fault-management-system, which can be adapted to the needs of our customers.
In MEDIA BROADCAST’s central network management centre in Usingen networks and transmitter sites are monitored by 60 members of staff. In the event of a breakdown we guarantee that the problem will be resolved within short time. An intelligent trouble ticket system informs customers about the current status at any time.
Offer
We offer our customers different service levels. Depending on requirements we set priorities right through to an immediate start. To ensure short repair times we have developed processes which are specially customised to suit our customers, using sophisticated logistics. Depending on their need, we either have replacement equipment ready on our logistics platform or we can free this up in the shortest possible time. Our trained specialist staff will ensure this is installed without any difficulty.
Six regional service management teams are responsible for professional on-site service throughout Germany. The nationwide presence of around 400 service staff ensures that we can be on-site within two hours. And MEDIA BROADCAST is able to offer its customers fault clearance times of under four hours.
