Deutsche Telekom completes sale of Media&Broadcast
21.01.2008 After the European Commission granted approval for Deutsche Telekom AG to sell T-Systems Media&Broadcast GmbH to TDF, the trans-action was completed by both companies on Tuesday. The enterprise value, i.e., the total price upon which the transaction is based, is EUR 0.85 billion.
