Eight satellite platforms in attractive orbital positions are available to our customers for the reliable distribution of TV and radio broadcasts. These satellites can be used to reach households within Europe, North Africa, the Arab world and as far away as Afghanistan.
All of the platforms have a universally configured signal feed and can accept both analogue and digital channels.
Your advantages with our technology
At the Usingen site, the technology of these satellite platforms is based on the DVB-S and MPEG standard. Both enable optimal transponder use via a single carrier signal. This means that a high-quality TV picture, including audio and additional signals (such as videotext), can be broadcast over a bandwidth as narrow as 4 Mbps.
